Refund Policy
We sell digital UI/UX services with fixed pricing: Starter $150, Growth $300, Scale $400, Additional $10–$400.
How it works
- 50% upfront, 50% on approval before files transfer.
- 14-day fix guarantee all packages, 30 days Growth, 60 days Scale.
- If miss agreed deliverables, refund last milestone up to 50%.
Non-refundable
Approved work, third-party fees, rush surcharges. Figma source considered delivered once shared.

Client responsibilities
Provide content, timely feedback 48h, maintain own hosting/domain. You warrant rights to materials you provide.
Limitation
Liability capped at amount paid. No indirect damages. Services “as is” with fix guarantee per Refund Policy.
Governing law
North Carolina law. Disputes: good-faith negotiation, then Onslow County, NC courts.
